Student Identification

At first glance, your student ID card may look like an ordinary piece of plastic, however, it does much more.

Student ID cards will:

• Provide entrance into the buildings and team common area between the hours of 9:15 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.
• Provide lunchroom services. Student ID cards will be scanned at lunch. You may deposit money in your student’s lunch account.
• Provide Media Center Services. Students can checkout library books, textbooks, and other media services with their ID.

All students are required to wear an ID card on a lanyard at all times. Failure to do so will result in serious consequences.

The first card and lanyard will be provided for free. Should a card become missing or damaged, parents will be notified. If a card is lost, defaced, or damaged, students will have to pay $5 for a replacement card and $1 for a replacement lanyard if necessary. A protective sleeve for the ID card is 50 cents and ID clips are sold for 25 cents each. Our media center provides ID card services.

Please encourage your child to keep their ID card in a safe place. Students may want to secure ID cards in their lockers before they leave for the day.
