Our teacher homepages are now a part of parentaccess.ocps.net!

 

Our new web site for parent information is now available. Our teachers are just getting started adding information, so don't miss out. Go to parentaccess.ocps.net and enter the login information that was sent home with your student.

Important! The first time you log in:

1. Click on the My Account tab;

2. Enter your email address.

    -This will let the system email your login information in case you forget it.

3. You may also change your password here by clicking on the Change My Password link.

To check grades for your student:

1. Click on the Averages tab;

2. Choose the correct grading period (if it is not already selected) from the drop down menu;

3. Click on the class you would like to view grades for;

4. You will see the assignments as well as attendance;

5. Use the drop-down list of classes to choose the next class to view.

You will also want to use the Classroom tab. There you will find the list of student's posted homework and a monthly assignment planner for classes.

To access a teacher's home page:

1. Click on the Classrooms tab;

2. Choose the class from the drop-down list that you would like to view;

3. Click on the Information tab.

We think you will find parentaccess.ocps.net to be a rich and valuable resource in your student's education!
